No free equivalent is known to exist. Extensive searches have found no other photographs depicting Palo-Kangas with his original clay sculpture of Father Serra. |

Palo-Kangas died decades ago, and no trace has been found as to what happened to the original clay sculpture that was the basis for Father Serra statutes that were on display in the atrium, and in front of, Ventura City Hall. This particular image is of great historic importance to illustrate the history of Ventura's Father Serra statues. |

The image has been published outside Wikipedia; see source above. It is available electronically at Newspapers.com. The image is only used once and is rendered in low resolution.
