Lincoln (July 17, 1866 - May 24, 1959) was an American inventor, entrepreneur and philanthropist. He held 55 patents on several electrical devices, founded the Lincoln Electric Co., invested in the construction of the Camelback Inn, presided over he Bagdad Mine and funded two hospitals in Phoenix, one which bears his name.
