John-callcott-horsley.jpg (183 × 224 pixels, file size: 8 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)

Description
English: From http://www.nndb.com/people/310/000103001 and cropped by myself with Photoshop. The picture is apparently from a book containing portraits of Callcott-Horsley, "Men of Mark", published 1883 by Sampson Low, Marston, Searle, & Rivington: London. (All according to the British Library site, where the picture also exists (http://www.imagesonline.bl.uk/britishlibrary/controller/subjectidsearch?id=11189&&idx=1&startid=32502). It says that the "illustration" is by Whitfield Lock, which must be the name of the photograper (as any other illustrations in that book would be by Callcott-Horsley).
