Description
English: James Wendell "Jim" Duncan (born 1942) is an American labor official and retired politician. Duncan was a Democratic member of the Alaska House of Representatives and Alaska Senate for twelve years apiece, representing Juneau. He was also the Democratic nominee in the United States House of Representatives election in Alaska, 1998.
