product wise, this is clearly on par with Singapore Air's new business class. Enormous screen, good VOD system, incredible legroom and facilities. Special mention to the food and drinks, i don't like champagne but Dom Perignon 1998 isn't something you can't refuse...
In terms of service, it's good, but not outstanding. they still need to "polish" their crew. But overall, the secondbest flight experience i had this year.
