Polski: Tekst modlitwy Ojcze nasz po kaszubsku w kościele Pater noster w Jerozolimie. Pomysłodawcą wmurowania tablicy był ks. infułat Stanisław Bogdanowicz. Uroczyste wmurowanie tablicy nastąpiło 22 września 2000 roku. W uroczystości uczestniczyło ponad 400 osób, którym towarzyszył m.in. arcybiskup Tadeusz Gocłowski, marszałek Sejmu Maciej Płażyński, prezes Zrzeszenia Kaszubsko-Pomorskiego prof. Brunon Synak.
