Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8) for visual identification of the person in question, at the top of their biographical article
Not replaceable with
free media because
(WP:NFCC#1)
Subject was not a notable public person, has not been seen since 2019 and was declared legally dead in 2023. Three people were charged with her murder; one, her estranged husband, took his own life before he could be tried; his former mistress was convicted in 2024 and a third alleged accomplice is awaiting trial as of this upload. It is thus unlikely a free replacement could be found and even more unlikely one can be created, at least not without better AI.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) It has been reduced to 300px wide from its original size
Respect for
commercial opportunities
(WP:NFCC#2)
It has already been used widely to depict her in media coverage of the case.
