English: Jalmar Martin "Jay" Kerttula (born 1928) is an American retired businessman, farmer and politician. Kerttula is the longest-serving member of the Alaska Legislature, serving for ten years in the Alaska House of Representative and another 22 years in the Alaska Senate, including leading both bodies.
