Snake River Conspiracy (the source of the photo) are no longer signed to Morpheus, and since Jason Slater is now deceased since 2020, one of the same value (or combination), or a new one, is unlikely/impossible. A free contemporary image would not convey the same information, as this is over 20 years old. Around the time of his death, Slater was not collaborating with Tobey Torres on Snake River Conspiracy. |

The use of a low resolution image of the artwork will not impact the commercial viability of the art. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as artwork on pirate versions or other uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original artwork.
The image is untraceable digitally (was not able to find it online previously), and therefore no commercial reprints or website display have been readily made available by the original photographer.
