Description
English: James Francis Thaddeus O'Connor was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. Before becoming a federal judge, President Roosevelt appointed him Comptroller of the Currency in 1933. He served in this position during the Great Depression and resigned in 1938.
