Description
English: James Edwin Williams (died 3 July 1917) was the first general secretary of the National Union of Railwaymen from 1913 to 1916. He was previously general secretary of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants.[1] He is buried in Southgate Cemetery along with his wife Sarah Jane (died 22 June 1932).
