English: Jacob Frank (יעקב פרנק Ya'akov Frank, Jakob Frank) (1726-1791) - a Jewish merchant who claimed to be the Jewish messiah. His followers broke away from Judaism and created a new religion known as the Frankists, which was a quasi-Jewish, quasi-Christian religion.
