| Description |
English: The retail space and passageway gate at the west end of the Bathing Pavilion or Beach Pavilion on the south side of the Jacob Riis Park bathhouse, at Bay 4 along the Atlantic Ocean at the west end of Rockaway Beach Boulevard in Rockaway, Queens. The passageway, leading north to the other end of the bathhouse, crosses under the tower at this side of the structure. The pictured retail space is currently a snack bar, in the past serving as an umbrella and chair shop. The building has since been gutted as part of a major renovation of the complex, to be completed by 2024. |
