JOHN TROTTER – BIOGRAPHY
Born in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England 1966, John began playing the drums professionally aged 14 and moved to London in the mid 1980’s.
He became a respected member of the ‘Session Community’ covering all aspects of the music industry accompanying artists such as Robbie Williams, Hot Chocolate, Cliff Richard, Georgie Fame, Barbara Dickson, Colin Blunstone, Chris Thompson, Dave ‘Greenslade’, Don Airey, Whitesnake’s ‘Moody Marsden’ and Manfred Mann’s Earth Band.
Over the years John has contributed to hundreds of Albums, Film Soundtracks and TV Shows including Spitting Image, Not The 9 o’clock News, T.F.I. Friday, 2000 Acres Of Sky, The Lenny Henry Show, Kevin & Perry ‘Go Large’, My Hero, Gimme Gimme Gimme and the multi-award winning ‘Fast Show’.
In 2002 John relocated to Australia and is loving life ‘down under’.
