This image was put up by me at the specific request of Tim Pembrey, who supplied me with the image. The person who took the photograph is unknown, but the photograph is the property of Tim Pembrey by inheritance. I requested that Tim made clear his willingness to put the photograph in the public domain, which he did in an e-mail to me dated 28 Nov 2007 as below:

Dear Pete,

I grant free use for the images 'MarcusPembrey1.jpg, MarcusPembrey3.jpg, and JCPembrey3.jpg, in the public domain for any purpose whatsoever as required by Wikipedia'.
