English: The Firdevs Bey Bedesteni (market hall), seen from the South. Build around 1561 by Firdevs Bey, the Ottoman governor of the region. It is a rectangular building (about 9 x 22 m), that looks more like an ‘Arasta’ (shopping street), although the name ‘Bedesten’ seems to have been used for it since the beginning.
It was restored in 1967 (the roof) and in 2009, when it became a shopping center again.
