עברית: נשיא המדינה יצחק הרצוג מוקיר את גבורת שלושת החטופים שנפלו באופן טרגי בקרב ברצועת עזה, בטקס מרגש בבית הנשיא. יום שני, ז׳ בניסן תשפ"ד, 15 באפריל 2024. קרדיט צילום: קובי גדעון / לע״מ. ארבעה חודשים לאחר נפילתם הטרגית של שלושת החטופים יותם חיים, סאמר טלאלקה ואלון שמריז זכרם לברכה, נשיא המדינה יצחק הרצוג, ערך היום, יום שני, ז׳ בניסן, 15 באפריל, טקס הוקרה ייחודי לזכרם, בבית הנשיא בירושלים. לאחר שנחטפו באכזריות בשבעה באוקטובר, הצליחו שלושת החטופים זכרם לברכה, להימלט מידי ארגון הטרור חמאס. בנחישות וערבות הדדית יוצאת דופן יצאו למסע הצלה וחילוץ-עצמי הרואי נגד כל הסיכויים. המסע, שכלל השארת סימנים מזהים, קריאה להצלה ומעבר בין מבנים בלב שטח האויב, נגמר באופן טרגי כשנהרגו בשדה הקרב על ידי כוחות צה״ל, בחודש דצמבר האחרון. במסגרת הטקס המרגש שנערך, הוענקו למשפחותיהם של החטופים תעודות הוקרה ועיטור ייחודי בשם מדינת ישראל. במהלך הטקס נשאו דברים גם נציגי המשפחות ביניהם - איריס אמו של יותם ז״ל, יצחק דודו של סאמר ז״ל ועידו אחיו של אלון ז״ל. |
