Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws when used in Irish Council for Civil Liberties because:

  1. It is a low resolution copy of a logo.
  2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to make a profit from the logo in any way.
  3. The logo is significant because it is the defining symbol of the organisation.
