The historic Ira F. Powers Building – more commonly known as the Director's Building (for the Director's Furniture store that was its main occupant for many years) or the Director Building – in downtown Portland, Oregon, viewed from across the intersection of SW 3rd Avenue and Yamhill Street. Built in 1910, the Chicago School architecture-style building is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
