English: International Student House located at 1825 R Street, in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The building was constructed in 1912 and designed by Clarke Waggaman. The original owner was Helen S. Meserve, followed by Demarest Lloyd. In 1946 ISH purchased the building from Lloyd. Two additional buildings have been added to the property including Van Slyck (ca. 1967; former site of tennis and volleyball courts) and Marpat Hall (formerly 1824 Riggs Place, NW).
