Description

An incorrect version of the flag of the United Kingdom, similar to depictions sometimes seen outside of the UK:

The mistakes include:

1) The horizontal cross ("St. George") is not wider than the diagonal crosses.

2) The red diagonal cross ("St. Patrick") is not offset within the white diagonal cross (which means that the white diagonal cross is now merely background, and not a distinct St. Andrew's saltire).

3) The shade of blue is much too bright and cyan.

4) The overall aspect ratio is not 2:1. (Sometimes UK flags with a shorter aspect ratio than 2:1 occur in specific contexts, usually military, but the general Union Jack standing alone is best shown as 2:1.)
