  • PAULATIM CRESCAM : Écu couronné, aux armes de Saïgon, et soutenu par deux tigres dans un décor de jungle.
  • FOIRE EXPOSITION DE SAIGON 1942 : Cartouche gravé dans une couronne.
  • Exemplaire en fonte d'argent, avec ciselures à la main. Attribution au centre : INAUGUREE/ PAR/ L'AMIRAL JEAN DECOUX/ GOUVERNEUR GENERAL/ DE L'INDOCHINE/ LE 20 12 42 qui rend cette médaille unique.
