English: Imprinted black sesame rice cake is a folklore cuisine in some regions of Guangdong (Canton) and Guangxi, gets its name from shaping with imprinted moulds, like Cantonese moon cakes. Brushing oil on steamed imprinted black sesame rice cake, make sure they would not stick together, before stacking and refrigerated/frozen. Ones in the photo are little bit out of shape as oversteamed.
