Description
English: Idiyappam is a really popular dish enjoyed by all the Kerala people. It is made from rice flour. The flour is first made into a dough by mixing with hot water and then it is squeezed using a rice noodle maker. then is is steamed using a pressure cooker. Idiyappam can be enjoyed with many curries like Chicken curry, Egg curry, etc and also with coconut milk.
