Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This is a picture of the Iranian IRGC airforce commander in front flags of its proxies. One of the flags is the flag of Hamas. Important to note, this is the only Sunni militia flag displayed. Also the other flags are very close Iranian allies such as Hezbollah, Houthis and PMU. This shows the importance Iran gives to its support of Hamas, especially by excluding even Palestinian allies that are considered closer to Iran such as Islamic Jihad.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The software or website from which the screenshot is taken is copyrighted and not released under a free license, so creation of a free image is not possible.
