English: Handwritten dedication by Raphael Lemkin in a copy of his 1944 book "Axis Rule in Occupied Europe", which defined the term Genocide, to the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Max Huber. Preserved in the ICRC Library (Call number 351/30)
