This non-free media file has been set up with as small a version as possible, to comply with Wikipedia's non-free content policy and United States copyright law. The current resolution has been manually selected to achieve as small an image as possible without destroying the image content. According to Wikipedia's policy for non-free content, the amount of non-free work should be as little as possible. This image, HyperEdit_screenshot.png, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Jonathan2007) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. it is a low resolution screenshot;
2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the application in any way;
3. the software screenshot is significant because it was made by a respectable Macintosh shareware company, Tumult, Co.
