Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	Image is limited resolution and black and white, and it is cropped from the original page it was displayed on. It will only be used in the Hortensia García article.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The photo is only one of hundreds of photos used in the author's book, and using it in the article does not detract from the book at all.
