This is an image of the Kaya miniature, from the Hordes line produced by Privateer Press, and painted and photographed by myself. It is a derivative work, but I believe its use to illustrate articles about Hordes or the Circle Orboros faction constitutes fair use, as in order to get the idea of the miniatures game, one should see the miniatures, and any image of a miniature from the game is going to be derivative of a copyrighted work, if not a copyrighted work in its own right.
