Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	It is low resolution and serves to illustrate the article for encyclopedic purposes. The value of the image lies in its historical nature, not in anything commercial or aesthetic.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: 1944 I have contacted the university who most frequently use the image on their website, and who employed Hope Winch when she was alive. They are fine with the image being used to illustrate the article but don't have the capacity to upload to Wikimedia Commons themselves.
