Summary

Description
English: The "new" Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church in Sharon Hill, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

The parish was founded in 1892 and this new building right next door to the older still standing church was built in 1960. The parish was merged with St. George Parish in Glenolden, just 1.3 miles away in 2014, but a local news article said the last mass was held in January 2015.

This building really doesn't look abandoned however, but is very well kept up. The photograph was taken on a Sunday afternoon and I didn't see anybody, but I'd guess services are still held occasionally
