English: w:Hitlerjugend visits Japan August 1938 welcome w:magazine cover Dōmei Kokusai Shashin Shimbun international news photo newspaper September 5, 1938. The white dress Hitlerjugend belts were specially commissioned by the w:Reichsjugendführung Stab (Reich Youth Directorate staff) for this event, to contrast with the uniform and make them look smarter; they were not the normal official dress issue.
