High School of Practical Arts at 35 Greenville Street in Roxbury, Massachusetts. The original photographer of this image was William T. Clark (b. c.1844). I have not found an exact death date, but it appears to have been in the 1920s. Since there is no exact date of death, the photo would fall under public domain under PD-old-70 unless the photographer was over 110 years old at time of death (highly unlikely).
