Deutsch: Das Kirdorfhaus am Ballindamm 17 in Hamburg-Altstadt wurde 1901-05 von Lundt & Kallmorgen für die Kaufmannsreederei A. C. de Freitas & Co errichtet, 1918 an die Westfälische Kohlen-Kontor GmbH verkauft und nach deren Mitbegründer Emil Kirdorf benannt. Das 1921 aufgesetzte Staffelgeschoss wurde von Eduard Theil entworfen.
