It is disputed whether this file violates our non-free content criteria. The reason given is: I cannot find any photos of Heroin Number 3 on wiki commons so cannot replace with fre image. I also was unaware that there were different types of heroin, and that Heroin Number 3 is unique to South East Asia. I believe we should keep it, as most readers would only recognise heroin as a powder. Closing administrator: if the decision is to Keep the file please put {{Old replaceable non-free use}} on the file description page. If the decision is to Delete please archive the discussion on the talk page between {{subst:Archive top}} and {{subst:Archive bottom}} and delete the file page.
