Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	This is one of a commonly used image of Hergé. The file is so much overused in some media (specially after the release of Tintin film), there is not big commercial opportunity of this image.This low resolution image will not harm any commercial opportunities of its owner.
