Herbert's son, Peter, has provided me with a few photograph prints from his home archive, but none is sufficient to serve as a main article profile photo.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This photograph will be used once near the top of the page for Herbert N. Hultgren. It will not be used in any other article, and the file size is small (231 KB).
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Herbert Hultgren was a cardiologist and professor at Stanford University, and he passed away in 1997. This is a straightforward headshot photograph that doesn't include any compromising or editorialized content, and I cannot imagine how its use would be detrimental to the subject, his family, Stanford, or any of the medical publications that have printed this photograph before.
