Während einer Sitzungspause im Gespräch v.l.n.r.: der Oberbürgermeister von Berlin, Herbert Fechner; der Stellvertreter des Vorsitzenden des Staatsrates, Hans Rietz, und Minister Scharfenstein. Die Kommission des Staatsrates der DDR für die öffentliche Diskussion des "Entwurfs des Beschluses zur weiteren Gestalung des Systems der Planung und Leitung der wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Entwicklung, der Versorgung und Betreuung der Bevölkerung in den Bezirken, Kreisen, Städten und Gemeinden" beriet am 10.2.70 im Amtssitz des Staatsrates unter Vorsitz Minister Scharfensteins. |
