Portrait of Polish diplomat Henryk Sławik executed at the Mauthausen-Gusen concentration camp on 23 August 1944. During World War II he helped over 30,000 refugees, and rescued 5,000 Polish Jews in Budapest, Hungary, by giving them false Polish passports.
