Summary

Description
English: Henry Roth House on the National Register of Historic Places since September 30, 1997. Located at 5, 7, and 9 South Fox St., in the Baker neighborhood of southeast Denver. House(s) are the work of Henry Roth, a working man who built them himself during the 1920s and the depression, completing them in 1940. This unschooled work was used to house other working men, coming from a nearby rail yard, and to help Henry Roth get through the depression. They contrast with the more refined houses in a historic district just to the north. Photo was taken by Wikipedia and Commons editor User:Denverjeffrey who didn't originally think it worthy to upload. Nevertheless it does have the proper CC-BY-SA license, and he has given his permission to upload it as well. The problem is that the house is covered by vegetation making it difficult to photograph. On the other hand - this captures the reality of the building (covered by vegetation) and is the final photo needed to complete the 286 entries in the NRHP in Denver.
