The sole Hawker Tempest I, HM599, after fitting of the later bubble canopy. The pilot is Bill (William) Humble.
Not known - picture scanned by me Ian Dunster 16:08, 3 March 2006 (UTC) from the Test Flying The Tempest article in the May 1983 issue of Aeroplane Monthly and uncredited. NOTE: User Ian Dunster has "retired" from Wikipedia and will not respond to speedy deletion notices placed on his talk page.
