The copy is of sufficient resolution for commentary and identification but lower resolution than the original image. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, unsuitable as artwork on pirate versions or other uses that would compete with the commercial purpose of the original artwork. |

Identification and critical commentary in the Molly Hatchet article, a subject of public interest. The image shows the band after the return of lead singer Danny Joe Brown in 1982 and with new members Riff West and B. B. Borden. |

No free alternative could be created or found to illustrate the topic in question. The image illustrates the band with its core members in Western gunslinger outfits. Singer Brown and guitarist Duane Roland died in 2005 and 2006 and it’s impossible to obtain a new image with the same content. A free contemporary image would not convey the same information. |
