Source I've taken the image from the following webpage: [1]. The image itself is a scan from the following book: Oswald, HR (1860) Vestigia Insulæ Manniæ Antiquiora, or a Dissertation on the Armorial Bearings of the Isle of Man, the Regalities and Perogatives of its Ancient Kings, and the Original Usages, Customs, Privileges, Laws, and Constitutional Government of the Manx People, Manx Society .
Author The actual image is not credited. It is a derivative of a seventeenth-century illustration of the the seal by Christopher Hatton (died 1670).
