Summary

Description
English: This is a cartoon from the Ralph Townsend's pamphlet There Is No Halfway Neutrality. Here Townsend opposes the boycott of raw silk from Japan on the basis that most of the money that a typical American consumer will spend on silk clothing actually pays the wages of US silk manufacturers and not the Japanese who collect and export the raw silk.
