I, mathman1550, assert that the use of this image in the article Harry Potter Trading Card Game on Wikipedia falls under fair use because:

1. The image is used to illustrate the game, to inform, and to comment on the game.
2. The reproduction of the image here in no way infringes on the ability of the copyright holder (Wizards of the Coast), nor the retailers who deal directly with consumers, to sell the physical cards profit from the game.
3. The image is a scan of a portion of a card from a starter set. This card was designed to promote the game, and is not used in game play.

This image is of a card, and the copyright for it is most likely held by the publisher of the card. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of cards to illustrate the card in question, Where no free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information, on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the copyright law of the United States.
