Summary

Description Dudleya edulis—fingertips. Also known as mission lettuce for its f use as a salad green by the friars in mission days. Often the first flowering plant growing in its range of southwestern California and adjoining Baja California to colonize granite outcrops. Photographed at Regional Parks Botanic Garden located in Tilden Regional Park near Berkeley, CA
