Description
English: Gwernvale Neolithic burial chamber It may have been off the beaten track back then but as the shot shows the remains of this ancient monument now lies on the verge of the A40 trunk road. The former extent of the barrow is marked by short concrete posts in the sward. The wooded eastern slopes of Myarth are visible up the valley in the distance.
