English: Guy Lane, Waverton. Guy Lane, Waverton, looking east towards Bruen Stapleford. This pretty back lane is also unfortunately a "rat run" for local commuters due to the intense congestion on the nearby A51 trunk road. Nevertheless, it retains the features of the country lanes in the Gowy flood plain - hawthorn hedges and wild flowers along the verges, especially in spring. The "Crocky Trail" adventure centre lies a little behind the photographer and the road ahead leads to Martin's Lane and Ford Bridge.
