English: Located at the mental health unit of Gulu Regional Referral hospital.
This monument is an establishment that shows progress of mental health patients. It is established since early 2010s with partnership with Sheffield UK. 1. Their healing is gradual just as the tortoise in its movement and how it pulls back its head and brings it out when there is no danger and so do mental health of patients. 2. It shows the perception of people in society where the mental health patients are living how they fail to understand them. |
