The girl in the centre of the photograph is wearing the jewelled head-dress traditionally worn at marriage ceremonies or at 'rites of passage' ceremonies performed when a girl reaches puberty.

also this ritual is the celebration of feminism before maturity(Periods) and celebrated for girls during 9,11,13 and in odd numbers only these but only before maturity(periods) never after
